They want to have the availability of that now.

But then you consider, well, okay, they could be on the highest marginal tax rate already.

Do they want to pay 47% now or do they want to wait in their retirement and pay 30% minimum?

So there is still a tax differential there.

But if they're only earning, you know, if they're in that 30% tax bracket now, you know, already as it is now versus 30% in the end, it makes no difference if you're going to sell today versus selling in 20 years' time, assuming all things being equal.

So based on those facts, no.

So generally what will happen is when companies do get delisted from the ASX, and it happens a lot of… The ones that are absolutely useless and have gone to zilch.

So they're still alive.

And they're on a heartbeat and they've got…

administrator involved or liquidator involved it's only at the point in time when the actual administrator says there's no chance of any return and they write a letter to you only at that point or the company is deregistered with ASIC only that point in time you've actually realized that loss so what happens in between now you're just stuck with this stuff or how does it work

Well, technically you're stuck with it.

It could be two or three years.

Historically, I've seen on average be two or three years so that it'll go from leaving the stock exchange to being officially dead.
