Let me just try to change my diet.
That will never be the full picture that our body needs.
So now I have migraines.
Even with those, you can have acute flare-ups.
So that's what I'm looking at is you have this chronic condition.
We're working towards repair and health.
How are we measuring that for one thing?
So that's the plan that I create with them is this is all the things that we're doing.
We're doing mind, body, and biology work.
So we're moving towards healthier.
When you have an active flare-up and you're feeling like, oh, here we go again, that's the same scenario, is that something overwhelmed the nervous system that it made it retreat back into its shell and say, I've got to recover, I've got to recoup.
In those moments, it's going back to everything that we've learned to do to reestablish safety.
Sleep is a big one.
Prioritize sleep.
Take a few extra naps during the day.
Really watch your diet during those times.
Your body is in overwhelm and you've got to reestablish a sense of safety.
And then we can get back on and say, all right, what do we think happened that triggered or caused that overwhelm?
It can be something that's cellular.
We can get infected to a virus.
