There are some, there's some companies working on oral strips.

That actually adhere to your mouth and are absorbed in that way that don't have to go through the stomach where all those enzymes are.

And I think that's promising technology.

I am not a hundred percent sure we're there yet, but I think within the next year we're gonna have some oral strips that um will probably be pretty reliable.

Um already the smaller molecular weight peptides like glutathione.

um I think can work with these oral strips.

But um oral VPC, you know, if you have gut issues, sometimes it can help a little bit, but most of the time I think the injections work best.

Yeah, you know, it's it's about the molecular weight for the buccal strips and the lower molecular weight, then BPC is somewhere in the middle.

Um, they've been trying to insulin they've been trying to get insulin into an oral strip for like ten years and they've spent a billion dollars on research.

And it's one of these larger chemicals that just it's too big to be absorbed.

So so again, it's some peptides I think

will work, some I have some reservations about

So so there are a number of peptides that help with mitochondrial health.

And we kind of touched on mitochondria when we talked about the very beginning, um, when we talked about aging.

And mitochondria is the powerhouses of all your cells.

And one of the hallmarks of aging is degradation of that mitochondrial function.

And that's why we get more tired as we get older.

So there are moxhy is a mitochondrial peptide.

It is something that we naturally produce in the body that really improves the way the mitochondria work and can give people more energy, improve insulin sensitivity.
