So so again, anything you can do to maintain, protect that muscle, I think is very, very healthy and um and can add to your overall longevity and health span.
I do, absolutely.
And I think, you know, the the Lyme disease caused some immune system damage for me that showed up in limitations on my athletic performance.
And so the biggest game changers for me have been the anti-inflammatory peptides, um, BPC one five seven.
And I I rotate them.
I never do more than three at a time.
But
BBC157, KPV, and thymocin alpha-1.
KPV is another peptide that also improves gut health and is very good for autoimmunity and taming inflammation.
And thymocin alpha-1 is um another peptide that is an immune regulator, can actually help the immune system.
System, search out cancer cells and prevent cancer.
That is approved in Europe for some indications and can also balance our pro and anti-inflammatory state, help our bodies fight off viruses a little bit better.
So those are the three that I lean on in terms of my the inflammatory damage that my body went through, and that has gotten me back to.
To a level of activity and athleticism that feels really good.
And I've used in mitochondrial peptides, you know, every six months, at least for a month.
Um, I think that mitochondrial upgrade is helpful for anybody who's trying to, you know, perform at a high level professionally, personally, all those sorts of things to keep the body going.
And there's a number of growth hormones.
promoting peptides that help you put on and keep muscle.
I use the weakest one, which is Samoorin, just because
I I prefer sort of the the lower end of it.
