And that's what they find, that attachment styles can change at any time.
And there's some studies that show that the parental contribution is actually not that big.
It's less than 10% of our adult attachment styles.
And another really more recent studies actually showed that some childhood friendships is actually more important than our parental relationships in early childhood.
And that's really the main thesis of this book is by designing your interactions with the here and now, you can change your attachment styles.
And I really walk people step by step on how to do it.
