Certainly for what Articide's doing, coming up on 200 people, if you can't communicate, then it's going to be very hard to get output in excess of the cost of that person.
And so it really comes down to communication.
You need to function well as a team.

especially if it's going to be a distributed company where I'm not forcing everyone to be in the same place at the same date.
