I mean, I think that's really... Knowledge is power, but too much knowledge is overwhelm.
And I think that you experienced that greatly because you know things that I would never even think of in the travel world.
So I think that adds complexity, for sure.
That seems way too common to happen, but yeah, I get it.
Again, I think this all goes back to dopamine again, which is the ADHD brain is always looking for things that can give it positive stimuli.
So if there's something we really like, that gives us more dopamine.
We get more dopamine and norepinephrine, and then we dig deeper and we get more dopamine.
So in those moments, going deep, staying in that is energizing.
It's like a little bit of self-medication in a positive way for your ADHD.
So in your world of work, I can see that you love what you do.
So your hyper-focus is like, yeah, I'm hiring you for travel reporter because you're hyper-focused and you're enthusiastic and I'm going to get more out of you than someone else who's just here for the paycheck.
And I think hyper-focus for ADHD is a lot about navigating those interests and finding ways to use that self-driven neurological pattern to keep you in a happy place and to pick things that work best for you.
All right.
I know when to call you when I have my travel plan for the fall.
Oh, absolutely.
You know, you have to keep in mind that the dopamine that comes from this, and you just gave a great example.
When you're shopping for travel for someone else, you're actually getting the excitement and the dopamine rush from doing the experience of the search, the finds, the acquisition.
Yes.
Just take that one moment of acquisition and search, and that's energizing.
Where does that happen?
