What am I doing?
I'm like washing dishes.
I got to cook.
It's all about changing your focus.
Actually, if you wanted to ascend from stage three to stage four, I changed my focus where now my kids, this was quality time with my kids.
They helped me put up the dishes.
They helped me put the dirty dishes in.
They helped me cook.
In the past, at home, my nanny would shower them on the weeknights, pretty much feed them, and we'd sometimes eat together.
But I barely get to cook with them because they're usually cooking with their nanny.
So this is much more tight-knit quality time, face-to-face time with my kids.
And if I involve them into the time manager stuff, like the housework and stuff, I taught my four-year-old how to vacuum.
It was great.
It's actually just more face-to-face experiences with them.
The best way is go to ansungmd.com and in there, you'll find the podcast, you'll find the social media links.
There will be a quiz on there, a link to figure out what stage you're in as well, if you really were not sure.
I think it's got to be, no matter what stage you are at, you can change your focus and your mindset and your emotion with a snap of a finger, no matter what stage you're at.
So either one is, it's all about changing focus, every stage, changing your focus.
The focus is stage one.
I don't really care what other people think about me because only I can fight with time with my family.
