And I've actually been in state hearings and stuff, you know, where the hospitals have just sort of thrown out PE as the boogeyman when they're losing a different argument.
You see that starting to happen.
And there is this world of sort of the, you know, the influencer kind of bandwagon social media sphere where it's gets once something gets popular talk about you get a lot of echo chamber and they tend to all come back to some of the same examples, which oftentimes have nothing to do with what's actually happening.

So, you know, our goals are always like no one should know the name of our management organization.
Right.
The practices are still effectively branded locally and operated locally and serving the local local community.
You know, it's not meant to be some sort of, you know, top down approach.
So I think in many ways it's helping preserve what the spirit of independent practice is in a world where that's not that easy to do anymore.

I think that what it means to be the answer, I think, is no, it shouldn't be dead.
Right.
There should be a sense of growing within your practice.
And that should be tied to, you know, something material.
Right.
I mean, I think you want to feel like you're literally bought into your group.
Right.
I mean, no one wants to have a doctor who after three years leaves dead.
