because they just couldn't feel at home in the group, right?
I mean, that feels like a miss no matter what.
I mean, forget the financial side of it.
We are partners, right?
I mean, these are your colleagues, these are your friends, these are your partners.
You rely on each other and you want to see that work out.
So I think a lot of how that plays out though is still set by group by group, which I think is good, right?
I mean, they do what works for them.
In some cases, I think the traditional approach
you buy in to become a partner after a year or two.
And at the end of a 30-year career, you get bought out, which never was really a financially good investment.

And what is it that binds you?
And I think that that's where there's a lot of different, you know, things that play out.

And so there is opportunity to partner into that.
I also think that for many of these models, there are still ways to invest in the management company, even as part of a public organization.
You know, there can be strategies to allow for that so that people feel like, OK, this is an organization that I truly am a part of.
