You know, I think that you don't see a ton of new investment happening and new, you know, investment in physician practice management happening in the PE world.
And it doesn't mean that they're not...
One's going through maturity that are still out there, that are still growing and still hopefully going to do well.
But I don't know that we're going to see this as a forever landing point for investment.

And so the question is, is to your point, is where are all these groups going to land, right?

There's always a risk that you could see a big, you know, hospital chain or a big, you know, payer like Optum or one of the others that decides to, you know, take on a big MSO like this and then try to operate them.
That would not be ideal, right?
but you also you know we've seen some go public you know you've seen some end up with public companies like we have so i think there's a lot of different ways that can go out i think the biggest reality of private equity that that puts the outcomes at risk um and and therefore puts you know the patients and doctors doctors at risk is the timeline right and i
There's no question that there are moments where if they're looking for a five to seven year window and sometimes, you know, that's not meshing up with what, you know, especially as you get towards the end of that window, that might not be a meshing up with what the group necessarily needs.
There are times of friction.
There's no question that that can get in the way of opportunities.
Now, the good thing, though, is that in urology, right, I think we are a pretty entrepreneurial group and a pretty innovative group.
We're always looking for that next thing, whether it's for a profit motive or for, you know, really just patient care motive and our newest toy and our newest technology, that there are constant opportunities for reinvestment.
There are competing, at times, competing opportunities.
