Beyond trying to get to a center where there's expertise, there is a problem with just getting urologic care, period.

It's just one of the things about it.

It's the urologists in the rural community, we wrote a paper on this, they're older, they're retiring, and it's very, very tough for folks in the rural communities to get access.

The urologists that remain in those communities are just inundated.

I mean, they are so busy.

And I hear these stories from my folks

Hey, I can't see my guy because he's next available, you know, six months from now.

And I know these guys are just working their tails off night and day to try to service their community.

I don't know the answer to that.

I mean, we need to figure out how to incentivize subspecialists to be in the rural communities.

I'm assuming that's the answer, but...

I do think telehealth has helped.

You still have to come down here for surgery and, you know,

Describing the patient experience, so patient report outcome measures, defining success in urethral reconstruction, and understanding it's more complicated than just the pipe is open.
