So everything came to a head and I laugh because my two best friends in the job, Mick and Wayne,

They were the shop steward and the father of the chapel, it's called.

It's the union reps.

And we went into a meeting for me to keep me job.

And the two biggest managers in the company were there as well.

And I walked out after the meeting and I says, I think that went all right, Wayne, did it?

And he was looking at me with his jaw hanging on the floor.

And he says, Brian,

you fell asleep on the table in the middle of the job, in the middle of a meeting to save me job.

Like it's, you couldn't write this stuff.

And I remember he rang the union and he says, tell Brian to go get help.

Do not step back into the company because he's gone straight away.

And that was great advice because I saw help.

That was the first time I ever saw help from the addiction.

That was the catalyst.

And then I went to the clinic where I was a registered addict for many of those years.

And I says, look, what do I try to do?

I'm losing my job.

I'm in a bad way.

Everything's falling apart.
