And I was saying yes to this, chasing, striving, you know, like the business model element of that.
And I realized if I say yes to that 7 or 8 out of 10, I'm saying no to my family who are 10 out of 10s.
So I'd say no to myself.
It was a 10 out of 10.
Like I was probably spending less time.
I was spending less time in nature.
I was spending less time doing breath work.
Spirituality.
When I talk about spirituality, it's connection, it's energy, it's peace, it's space, it's stillness.
I was spending less time in the spiritual realm of what I, nothing to do with religion, more spirituality in terms of awareness and space.
So I remember thinking, right, I need to create more space for this.
And through that journey, I've realized that when I struggled with pain,
people, our brains, our brains don't care about happiness.
They don't care about joy and stuff like that.
They care about survival.
