But the biggest rewards is the removal of pain.
And I think from a biological perspective, there's an element of temperament and susceptibility to sensitivity.
So if some people are sensitive biologically and neurally to challenges in life, well, the reward of a drug or a drink and the removal of the pain might be a lot more rewarding than it is to someone else.
So there's definitely an element of that.
But it's a complex thing.
We haven't figured it out yet, to be quite honest.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's funny and it's interesting because the last two years, so obviously I'd done the documentary on RTA and I needed to clown myself before I had the opportunity.
Then I done the documentary, started my own podcast.
Loads of great things happening.
But I was getting busy.
I was getting very, very busy.
And when I look back, well, I did, I review my year.
I constantly review my personal life, my business life.
I'm a big one for measuring stuff and seeing where life is going.
Journaling plays an element of that as well.
And I just, I was spending too much time working and not enough time for loved ones and for me connecting with meself.
And I remember my theme for 2026 was connection, creating space to have human connection.
So what I realized was I was saying yes to things that were probably a 7 out of 10, an 8 out of 10.
It could have been a meeting with someone that might lead to some good work or anything like that.
