We have an inability to be curious.
We're not using our imagination.
Kids especially, they're not using their imagination.
They can't deal with boredom.
They're not being curious anymore.
Do you know what the biggest challenge is, right?
So they're using the phones and there's a problem with that in terms of changing their brain and lack of attention and focus.
But if kids are spending on average five to six hours on their phone every day, why are they not doing that they used to do before phones?
Learning how to navigate conflict, debating with their friends, playing, being curious.
That's the real challenge of what's being missed.
And the long-term consequences of that down the road.
Throw AI into the mix.
It's not good.
It does not look good.
Do you know what?
There's one thing, I suppose, there's two little tools I use.
Like I did develop a whole program and I call it a program for life.
And that's what I try to teach people in various different ways.
Now we could be here for 10 hours about all the different tools and tactics and stuff like that.
But the decision-making framework that powerfully orientates my life, and I talked about it a little bit recently, it's like values, my values, my energy, my health, and my relationships.
