Like men distribute it in a much broader way, more kind of general way.

It's all across their tummy.
And if you haven't had that before, you're truly changing body shape and

It's a bitch to wake up one morning and be like, that's not my body.
It's not my body.
Like they could maybe live with the weight gain if it was a bit more evenly distributed.
But it does seem to just go from the arse to the belly.
Like, you know, none of your clothes suit you because you're now a different body shape to what you had three years ago.
The problem is, and not to be the bearer of bad news, but like we've no easy answer to that.
There isn't an easy, well, if you just go in this form of HRT, that'll fix that.
Yeah.
So I think being realistic and knowing there is not a specific type of HRT that's going to improve that.
But reducing your poor sleep and your joint aches and pains and, you know, your mood issues and other things that might be exacerbating, you know, weight gain or metabolic change or those things that will help.
And that's where HRT comes in, I think.
Yeah.
And then I know Mick would say like, even with poor sleep, you'd see a change in appetite.
It's like there's a proper biological, it's not in your head type thing.
