And I'm stoked to be able to do it.
So I think the biggest changes that I see really in the room on the day-to-day basis based on the kind of work that Qasim is doing is that patients are saying out loud that there is a problem that needs to be addressed.
Patients are measuring their symptoms, including things like intensity and frequency, duration of migraine attacks that they're experiencing, and patients are describing how chronic migraine is impacting their daily life.
Patients are seeking therapy and are ready to consider more therapeutic options because of work that advocates like Qasim have had.

I'm getting really good questions.
And when good questions come, good conversations follow.
And that's exactly what happens here, is that we're having better conversations with the time that we have together.
I think that people are simply coming to their appointments more prepared to talk about the experience that they're having, to say yes to some things, and to say no to some things as well.
It forces me to be the best physician that I can be in the room for them.
And it allows them to feel like they've got more ownership over that process rather than just being told what to do next.
They get to participate in it.
I appreciate it, Nora.
You're the best.
