And so in this space, recognizing first what the formal diagnosis of chronic migraine is, it's the biggest mistake that clinicians and even patients make when they come to talk about it.
So one more time, for old time's sake, chronic migraine is a neurological disease, first of all.
There are cognitive components to it and sensory components to it, but what it is, particularly with chronic migraine, it's headache.
Days that you have 15 or more of those per month where they're lasting at least four hours.
And so understanding that criteria first, I think is really important.
That's what Michelle and Caitlin are coping with and dealing with with their chronic migraine.
And then the impact that it has as an invisible disease on their personal and professional life with chronic migraine is profound.
It can impact what they value.
It can impact the way that they can spend their time.
