And you're awestruck, vast and mysterious.
As an emotion, it moves into our body and we tear up and we get goosebumps and our heart feels warm, right?
It changes our neurophysiology.
And then awe really is, as Jane Goodall said, when you're amazed at things outside of yourself.
You want to give to it.
You want to promote it.
You want to create community.
It really brings out the better angels of our nature.
