And I found it really lovely because actually it was formed by a mum to kind of cope with the challenges having had a baby.
And she was saying that she wanted it to be about the books, but also about that community of knowing you're kind of all going through a similar journey together.
And I think that's really lovely because it felt like if you're reading something and you found it a little bit harder, you can talk it through.
So you're kind of processing it in that group environment as well.

It's not just about the art, but also about latching that social into it and also latching in that reason to go and be part of that group face to face.
If you're someone that might be feeling more anxious socially, knowing that actually this arts experience is going to help connect you once a month or whatever to other people in that social environment.
It's a really nice way of incorporating that into it as well.
But in that bringing that safety into the experience.
I have.
Granny hobbies are fabulous.
And I think I'm really loving seeing this, particularly amongst young people now trending on social media.
I think what's great about it is it's something you can do just in a few minutes as well, right?
If you're taking up crochet, for example, even if you've only got five minutes, you can do it in five minutes.
And I think we're used to a world where if we have five minutes, we feel we have to fill it.
It's just like a given that we feel this pressure to do something.
And the most obvious thing is to start scrolling on your phone.
And that is the surefire way to really damage your stress and your mood with that five minute break.
But I love the idea that actually you could be doing something that's very similar in terms of close finger work in front of you.
