And with creatine on board, all of those processes get preserved at a much higher rate than what they would have been.

Get to know how your body does with creatine and then you can push the dose under conditions like this.
But let's talk about...
translating that to when a person might benefit from this.
Well, let's say you're taking a red eye and overnight, let's say you're an executive of some sort and you're flying from New York to London and you have to give a talk the next morning at 8 a.m.
