So that's proportional to my body size of 215 pounds.
And so 10 pounds for me, percentage-wise, is less of a gain if somebody's 130, 140 pounds.
And again, what you're doing is you're pulling water into your muscles.
So the feeling, and I'll be curious to know your experience, Zach, but the feeling is more like, you know how you feel when you've worked out and your muscles are a little bit more full and they feel tighter.
That is more like the feeling of creatine, not I had a huge bowl of ramen soup and sodium and I'm feeling squishy and puffy the next day.
That's a different feeling.
And so those people have falsely attributed some of that intercellular weight gain that's in your muscles, which feels good.
Most people like it because you're not going to get like huge.
It's just imagine what you feel like after 30 minutes after a workout, you just feel a little tighter.
That's the feeling of creatine and not like I'm dealing with a lot of extracellular fluid and I feel really puffy and
In fact, creatine would probably prevent that because again, it's pulling water into the cells, not having it on the outside of cells.
So that's an important discussion around the weight gain that you do experience and the weight gain that you do not experience.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You're hydrating your muscles.
Yeah.
So high level, I'm really a scientific communicator.
So scientists do studies and I've done studies in the past, but I'm not doing studies now.
And I've chosen a path of communicating health science so that people can understand these consequential ideas better so they can benefit from them in their lives.
