So that is a very practical technique.
benefit because people are sensitive to taste and texture and all that and oftentimes with other creatines you have to add in a lot of artificial sweetener and man i've tried so many that have been so sweet that they're repulsive so that's one potential issue and then there might be some better absorption benefits from having it be tiny like that so more of what you drink actually gets into the body
Then we add another form of creatine, creatine magna power, which is creatine plus conjugated with magnesium.
And magnesium, gosh, okay, we should talk about magnesium sometime because this is an equally interesting subject.
And I am absolutely fascinated by magnesium.
We're not getting enough.
Half of the United States doesn't get enough.
Our plants are diluted in terms of the magnesium they were.
Like there's the broccoli head that you're eating on your plate tonight has 25% less magnesium than your grandparents' same block of broccoli did.
We used to get a ton of it in our water.
We're not anymore as we're filtering out the bad stuff, also some of the magnesium in it.
And so we're at a real...
And it turns out that all of that ATP, if you remember from the beginning of the conversation, in order for ATP to be usable, it must be bound to magnesium.
And what magnesium does is it neutralizes the very heavy negative charge that phosphates carry.
And that then makes them, the ATP molecule, much more likely to be used by enzymes.
So 95% of your ATP in your body is bound to magnesium.
And more than half of the United States isn't meeting the recommended daily intake.
And as we get older, absorption is limited and gets hampered.
And the recommended daily intake might only be half of what's optimal.
Yeah.
