So if we're supporting energy through creatine, we also wanted to support energy by adding some magnesium at the time you're taking this.
And then the third ingredient, so there's really just three, optocreatine, creatine magnipower, which is the creatine plus magnesium, and then 250 milligrams of sea salt, which then translates to 100 milligrams of sodium and 150 milligrams of chloride.
And the reason why we add those is because they aid, both of those...
aid in the transporter, the creatine one transporter to help move creatine into your cells, your immune cells, your gut lining, your brain cells.
And so we want to get creatine from the glass into the body.
So you're going to drink it.
We want to get it from inside the body into, you know, your GI tract into the body and then in from the body into your cells.
And so our formulation team did a great job with this because I think it's probably my favorite creatine that I've tried on the market.
It almost is like powder sugar.
It's super light and fluffy and tastes really good.
So I don't know if you've tried it and put it in your coffee, but the little bit of sea salt, some people like that a lot because apparently...
some salt brings out the flavor of coffee better.
So people for a long time, I didn't know this, but Greg told me.
Yeah, yeah.
The future, we think about the hallmarks of aging, right?
There's lots of different ways.
The hallmarks of aging provides a model for different aspects that occur reliably across species as we age.
So we have mitochondrial dysfunction.
We have telomere shortening.
There's this big list, and that list is growing.
