right, as a general person who just wants to make intelligent decisions about their own life, you may not need to go to reading every paper, and you may not have the ability to know what to ask more when reading every paper.
But you can certainly go to your own physician.
You can ask another physician.
You can listen to a podcast.
And if they start to converge, then you're good.
And you start to learn who you can trust.
