I was working with a young guy and I wanted to take him through that.
We were doing some eye movements and I said, okay, like
Like he was so anxious.
So so what would happen if you it you know, we twik took it through the steps.
The worst possible outcome that he could imagine is that he would have to get a nine to five job.
Oh my gosh, yeah.
Oh my goodness.
Yeah, I made them go uh further than that.
But I I think that's one thing that probably happens.
And then, you know, I like how you have people do that right when they wake up.
I mean, that's when you when you're dreaming, that is your cat brain coming out, your your subconscious brain.
Your your logical brain kind of gets out of the way when you're dreaming.
And then that's one theory of why the eye movements work is because it's like rapid eye movement, perhaps.
Um so yeah, like unfettered like that and it's sort of stream of consciousness, it I think is probably the best way that you can use your robot to get into your cat, maybe.
Now when you journal
you're looking back at what happened with your logical brain and you're trying to recreate um the conditions, which oftentimes people are focused on, well, what was I thinking at the time?
And I think that's where we can get a little bit off track.
Because what you also really need to be doing, perhaps even more, is what was I feeling at the time?
And it's hard to put that into words because they it's just an entirely different language.
