If you were to watch T V in English and then afterwards you had to write it down in Italian and then you're drawing conclusions from it in English, you're you're gonna lose some some uh along the way you'd be lost in trans translation.

So with um just one of the things that I do with people is I have them

recreate what was going on during the time of the trade, during the exact moment of the trade while their eyes are moving.

And you know, people at home, if you ever want to try, you could just hold up two fingers, for example, and move your eyes back and forth or pick two spots on the wall or pick both sides of your car when you're driving.

No, I'm just I'm just kidding about that.

Um but uh yeah, if you can if you can get in touch with that part of your brain, you will keep everything in the same language.

You're just not gonna lose so much in terms of the time lag.

And that's that's one thing I I try to get people to do with the AI coach.

Um so yeah, I think we're we're kind of in sync there and and journaling, of course, is really important.

I mean, how are you gonna notice long-term patterns?

that you have unless you really do step back to some degree and see it from a larger uh perspective.

You know, I I'm I'm uh I'd love I'm dying to go to Australia.

My my wife and I'd I'd I would love to know the the culture better.

I can speak from uh here in the United States.

I think one of the best things about us is we expect so much of ourselves.

But that really can get us into trouble because I I think that we over expect uh what we're what we're capable of doing.

I mean, I don't know about down there, but like all this the I'm a sports guy, all all the sports marketing or all kinds of commercials are telling you like you have no limits and you can do anything you want.

And it and uh you know, we tell even the dumb kids here in America, yeah, you can be.
