If you can be sad, I know it sounds a little funny.
But if you can be sad about an outcome, then you can accept reality and move on from that.
So it's it's sort of like a page from Buddhism where you're trying to like, you know, pain versus suffering.
If you're suffering, it's because you're resisting what had happened.
If you're angry, then it should have been this way and this should have happened and the market should have done this or I should have done that.
You're not in reality.
Right.
You're lit you're living in that moment in an alternative reality that did not happen.
So if you can actually cultivate the ability and the habit of being sad.
then you're accepting reality.
The reality is that you were powerless in the moment to have anything be different and you're certainly powerless now to go back in time.
And so if you could be sad, you can move on.
Yeah, I there's so many different ways to trade.
And you know, I don't ever give technical advice.
