When I was specialized in PTSD, it was really heavy stuff, you know, like it was it it it really kind of wore on me after a while.
But with traders, like they they just need a couple things fixed, one or two like bugs in their program.
You don't have to do a whole overhaul of your personality.
And then, you know, if somebody told me that they lost fifteen thousand dollars yesterday, it's easier for them to
quantify what I'm doing for them.
Like whereas I could help somebody with PTSD turn their whole life around and they still just want to use their insurance to pay for therapy, but with a trader, like they can see an apples to apples comparison of how this really is going to help them.
I think the biggest bang for your buck and and little effort is to practice being sad.

For a lot of people, they think like that is just the worst thing that you can do in life is you're sort of like giving up, you know, like and and whatever you focus on, you magnify.
So shouldn't we be thinking positive?
But if you can genuinely accept what has happened and who you are, that's it's just not gonna make things worse.
It's sort of like golf.
In golf, it's not about hitting great shots, it's about not making bad shots.
And with trading, I think it's a lot like that.
I mean, you know, some people try to swing for the fences and they they want to make a million dollars in one day, but
Trading is consistent and having small wins is gonna deliver you to where you you wanna go.

Make it so that you're not making everything worse.
