Um
So I think any of those things could be something that is initially attractive but then
It starts to cause issues later.
Yeah, the feature I usually find is that idea of like someone being very grounded and and seemingly stable or or stoic and it it feels like you're my rock, you're my safe place, you know, those those sorts of experiences.
Um
For some people there's also the flip side of that, right?
That the flip side of the ADHD conversation we were having, that someone on the spectrum might be very organized and very structured, and someone else is like chaotic, and they go, Wow, having a structure in my life is actually really helpful because I can see that it helps you achieve things.
But then that kind of rigidity later
feels like uh an impediment to intimacy or closeness.
And I often see this come up in in people's uh sex lives and and intimacy lives.
Um

the the the highlights of your intimacy life and extrapolate the features of that and then try to apply it to other parts of your life that it's a very useful therapeutic intervention actually.
So for example, people might say, Well, when
When we make love and there's eye contact and it feels really like connective and emotional and that's a highlight for me.
And then you look at the rest of their relationship and like there is no emotional connection.
There is no time to just be with each other physically and sensually.
Um and maybe their their job is uh
You know, they work on computers all day and it's like I don't have any human contacts, you know.
