And it's the metabolic issues that really presage the cognitive issues that I want to emphasize.

It explains an awful lot, but you mentioned some of what are called myokines, things that move through the body and come from myo, which is muscle.
And in a very real sense, we should be considering that our muscles are endocrine glands because they are secreting various myochemicals that go elsewhere and do a job.
And that's how we define an endocrine gland.
That's what the thyroid does, makes thyroid hormone, goes here and there and does things.
the adrenals, the pituitary gland.
Muscles do the same thing.
And you mentioned three.
