I think the literature has shifted.
And because of that shift saying that primarily look at alcohol as a neurotoxin, do you really want to do it?
And the idea was, well, yeah, red wine gives you all these polyphenols.
Well, the number one source of polyphenols in America is coffee.
But I'm eating the extra virgin olive oil, the Himalayan tartary buckwheat, the colorful vegetables on the plate.
So I think I've got the polyphenol part covered that I don't need to drink the red wine.
