But I mean, when you look at a study that was published last year by you know Rudolph Tandy, I'm sure after.
And Dean Ornish, they they published a report, interventional trial, fifty-four or fifty-seven individuals, I I agree, a small study, uh, over a 20-week period of time, so not a long study.
But the fact that it was short is impactful when I tell you the results.
These are individuals who were diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
What are you gonna do?
Now mom, dad, spouse has Alzheimer's, what are you gonna do?
They said, Well, we're not gonna give you the Alzheimer's drugs.
What we're gonna do is we're gonna change your diet.
And we're gonna get you to exercise and put you in a stress reduction program.
You know, that's uh Dean Ornish's favorite thing to do.
Yeah.
And not only do seventy percent of these people stabilize, but they also of that seventy percent s many improved people.

The Alzheimer's drugs target the rate of decline and don't even work.
These this intervention, a lifestyle intervention, showed that these people can either stabilize or actually improve their cognitive function.
Wow.
Uh I think that if you look at how the original beta amyloid hypothesis was developed, that's published that it was fraudulent.
Wow.
That original study that appeared in in uh Nature was the the slides that they published were found to be altered.
So the original data, these were the some of the curves that showed the effectiveness.
