And even when you buy those, take a look at the ingredients because guess what?
In this natural food industry, everyone's coming to the market and some of those foods are a little more processed than they should be.

You know, there's some of these packets of the stevia that add erythritol.
I will be first to say, I think that research was exaggerated.
You would need a lot of erythritol to really cause a true problem in terms of cardiovascular health.
But you still want to avoid it.

And it gives you a lot of GI upset.
So why do it?
It's going to make your belly feel bloated.
Anything that has that all on the end, O-L, is usually a sugar, alcohol, sorbitol, erythritol.
