And it's why kind of as the Odyssey opens, when we first see him on Calypso's Island, we see him sitting on the shore and weeping.

And this really kind of emotive view of a man who's just kind of longing to get home.

Well, so she's a nymph.

She is, you know, a goddess, a mortal goddess.
