And I think there have been some
Research on meal frequency and other things like that seems like three meals a day with a snack or something along those lines that's kept consistent in a reasonable window.
Ideally, if it's light outside, but really to fit to your schedule more than anything, that really can go a long way to improve your health.
You never have to be perfect.
There's healthy ways to live.
You should exercise.
You shouldn't drink huge amounts of alcohol.
You shouldn't eat ice cream all the time.
There's so many things in life that are wonderful that you can do that you shouldn't do all the time.
And so you could kind of think about it like brushing your teeth.
Like you should brush your teeth every day.
But if you didn't brush your teeth one night, you're not going to wake up with a mouthful of cavities the next morning.
Right.
So like it should be occasional that you cheat.
It should try to be as consistent as possible.
But if you need to eat late because you're at a celebration or some other kind of social event or you've just had a day and that's what you need right then.
I think that's fine.
It's a matter of just don't overstarve yourself the next day.
Just get back to your regular schedule the next day and try to get back on that track.
And occasional unhealthy habits, if they're occasional, are really not so unhealthy.
