Well, y I would say you do you do the complete course, right?
So you're gonna do your twelve to sixteen sessions, but let's say what often happens with O C D you'll get let's say you'll get a a fur even a first presenter, um, may or may not be on medication.
Um and they may have some contact contamination, don't don't want to do it.
But let's say, um
their Y box will be in the you know top end of moderate severe.
So first and foremost, you know, you may get them on medication if they're really severe or you might not.
Let's say they're moderate, then you'd recommend CBT without medication because they don't want it.
you'd probably give it to around session four or five.
You would do all your normal formulation, psychoed, skill building, start to introduce I always introduce ERP later than most therapists and I I know that.
But if they get to ERP
