So I will say yes, C B T means.
Always think that means just doing cognitive retraming and and thought challenges.
the framework I see is schema, is Twick, is all of these things, but they occur in multiple models, right?
So I think very much I've started, I think I've yet to do I'm trying to get accreditation and schema.

Um, you know, the the content of
the thought itself is is triggering.
And that's why I often say to people that were training, like I'll just say from psychologist training at the clinic, you know, the content is triggering, right?
And so, you know, it is important before you treat a case with POCD, there needs to be a degree of confidence and sensitivity talking about the content.
And where I see things like you know, you were mentioning before is, you know, let's say a client says, oh
Yes, I've got these thoughts and then there's a look of horror and anxiety.
in the therapist, which often happens, right?
Then reinforce that shame, hey, buy don't do it, you're a devo.
So it is a lot of the time when you're talking about this, there needs to be a degree of confidence around how you understand O C D.
So I'll say something like
