It's supposed to be scary.
It's not going to give you intrusive thoughts that
you know, you're amazing and wonderful.
Of course it's gonna tell you you're a devo, otherwise you wouldn't have O C D.
Um Well, there's a lot of things that people are like, Oh, it's exciting.

That is, I think I'm not a huge fan of I know a lot of people are going into TMS and they talk about, you know, heavy TMS for O C D.
Haven't seen the evidence for that.
Um, psychedelics, I know everyone's on that train at the moment.
I there's some
little bit of evidence for OCD, but again, I don't see the weight there.
Um deep brain stimulation, I've been involved in the trial there.
It's very the results are still mixed for treatment refractory and the ongoing stuff.
While it can be amazing for some, it's certainly not for others.
And then there's issues around the device and maintenance around that.
Bang for the buck, also I have to acknowledge my own bias here, is imagery rescripting, schema, chair, and intensives.
