Whereas a person with O C D
it's it's kind of completely separate to any external data or evidence that it won't matter, you know, whether the the partner or the the tradesperson says yes, it's fine.
There'll be this increased sense of perceived responsibility that they are going to be responsible for the house burning down and then everyone will die.
Whereas GAD it's like this never ending motor of I'm never going to be done this list of jobs.
