behavioural pattern lens and the characteristics with OCPD um are essentially around that rigidity that things have to be done this way.
There is a right and a wrong way to do it, irrelevant of anything that's in front.
This is just the way it's supposed to be.
Um, you know, there is no grey.
There are also characteristics that people go, well, see, there are similarities like hoarding,
um, if they call it misery, which basically means being really tight.
You know, there there's lots of little things that you can kind of go, here's some similarities, but it's completely different.
