But our gut microbiome and the things it makes are critical to our immune system and inflammation.
We just don't know how to control it yet.
And so the things that are out there now that, you know, call it prebiotics and antibiotics, we don't know how they work and they don't have any data evidence that they're really doing anything yet.
Well, plant-based foods, fruits and vegetables, nuts, legumes, these are things, fiber.
These are all anti-inflammatory.
I mean, they're great.
I can't get enough of them.
Omega-3, rich foods like salmon and other seafood.
Very good anti-inflammatory without having to take pills or supplements that we don't know work as well.
If you take enough of it.
If you take enough of the icosopentanoic acid.
Yeah.
You burp and your breath is like a fish, yes.
But most people, when they're taking that, they're not taking such high doses so they don't have to worry about it.
But yeah, if you can't get some seafood in your diet or you have some- Or let's say you don't get enough seafood in your diet.
Yeah.
It's not a bad idea if that's, I mean, that's one thing that you can do that is certainly safe.
It's just that it's probably better, the data to support it comes from the diet.
We don't have nearly as much from taking the supplements.
