These data certainly convinced me of, you know, getting the shingles vaccines, which is... Well, I hope you were going to get it anyway, Dr. Tobin.

Yeah, you know, I was, but it really took it over the, you know...

I get sick whenever I get these shots, you know, whether it's a COVID booster.

And I've had colleagues that got the, particularly the second shingles shot and they really got ill and said, oh gee, do I really, when am I gonna do this?

You know, it was like, I don't have a two or three day hiatus here that I can just get sick.

But finally I said, well, the data here are really compelling.

But that's just, we don't, the shingles vaccine is an example of revving up the immune system in older adults.

And that's what we're, you know, in the future, we're going to be using vaccines just to bring the immune system up at a higher level to maintain its integrity.

And we're going to use anti-inflammatory drugs.

So these drugs like Ozempic and Moonjaro, they're real actions.

It's not just about weight loss or helping diabetes.

It's about inflammation.

They are potent blockers of brain inflammation, testing now in Alzheimer's, in big trials, and also body-wide inflammation, which is critical in cancer and in heart disease.

So we're going to be using these drugs in the future in pill form.

To block inflammation.

And if those trials are coming out in early next year for Alzheimer's work, for these, you know, ozempic-like drugs, that's going to be one of the biggest changes in the history of medicine.

We've not had a really potent and safe anti-inflammatory drug, especially that gets its effects through the brain.

You know, I speculated that in super ages because that's where it looks like we're headed.

And remember, we're still in the early days.

We have these two hormone, gut hormone memetics, basically, that look like the hormones that we have naturally in our body.
