Not only does the technology exist,
But we have the ability to predict these diseases, not just what disease, but also when in people.
And we have all sorts of ways to prevent primary prevention of the big three, cardiovascular, neurodegenerative, and the common cancers.
like we've never had before.
And certainly by 2035, like you said, 1990, 2035, your plan, we should be doing that.
But my question, Susan, is we're so poorly set up in this country.
In other countries where everyone has healthcare, it's a human right,
And they are looking after their population 100%, not even 90%.
And they want to invest in things that will prevent these diseases in the first place.
Can the U.S., with its fragmented, fractured, pay-for-service insurance company stuff, can we ever achieve this lofty goal you're setting?
Okay.
Optimism again.
No.
Well, I'm with you.
I want to help any way I can.
I think the idea of preventing diseases in the first place, no less as you outlined, secondary prevention, there's obviously a huge economic benefit
no less the burden of health that is alleviated.
So I want you to be successful.
It's a daunting and talk about bold challenge, but that's what I love about you is that you're not afraid to go to the moon.
That's what it should be like.
