So training to do this work by increasing the number of people who are offering surgery is increasing access of care for patients.

Absolutely.

So like you mentioned, it totally depends on the person.

If you're someone who is a little bit older than I am, there were not or there were no opportunities for formal training.

So you would go and observe other surgeons who were doing this work already, or you go apprentice with them for a period of time and then bring these surgeries back into your practice.

But we are now seeing an increase in the number of formal programs providing training in genital gender-sperming surgery.

These are mostly one- or two-year fellowships, so they're going to be done after you do a five- to six-year urology residency, or you can access these fellowships from a plastic surgery or general surgery, sometimes Pathway.

Some of these programs are going to be GURS programs.

So you're going to see other reconstructive urology procedures.

Of course, for anything that's top surgery, it's going to be more of a plastic surgery fellowship training.

And then there is a little bit of overlap with FPMRS.

But I think more of the more formal programs are coming out of the GURS pipeline.
