I used to for more than 10 years when I was at the NIH.
Twice a week, three times a week, I would go out with one of my dear friends.
We would go for five or six miles running, and we'd have a conversation and, you know, bit more about her job, you know, what was going well, what, what.

You've got to get the room right.
You've got to make it dark, make it cool.

So I'm not looking at a screen.
And then I know my eyes are beginning to get heavy.
