And I was going to be a lawyer because ugly little girls don't do that.
But the funniest thing happened.
I discovered the art of manifestation when I was just 15 years old.
He was a printer and he cut off the front of his hand.
He spent my entire high school in a hospital, 15 operations, rebuilding his hand.
So now you've got this ugly, goofy girl who, by the way, then got hit with a baseball bat.
I was overweight and I had these braces.
Wait, was it an accident or did somebody literally just come up and hit you with a baseball bat?
No, I stood behind somebody and I got killed.
But my parents, again, they didn't think to fix this.
And I'm in my dad's hospital room.
My mother turns to me and she said, kiddo, we have no money for college.
That was the only dream I had when I was 15.
And what happened was she said, well, there's a Miss Teenage America pageant happening.
