PTSD.
There's no cure for PTSD.
There really isn't.
However, the good news is I think of it as a spiral, like you do a piece of work on that date rape in college, for example.
And then you elevate energetically because you're not carrying that energy anymore.
And you elevate and then you start living life and you're not getting triggered quite in the same way, but something else happens in your life ten years later.
And if you've done the prior work
You're you're reacting at this level, you learn something new, you learn a different dimension.
You don't go way back to s ground zero.
You learn something new, there's a different dimension, then you elevate again.
And then you elevate again.
So trauma can get reactivated, but when you do the work of healing, it's a different experience.
You're not back.
Right to where you were before.
But the people that are back there is a sign like, Oh, there really is more to do and it's not more talking.
It's not more talking.
Yeah.
Uh this is one of the things, like if you're in the trauma field you know this and there's it's getting more and more it's getting more accepted more accepted that there's there's a and there's a lot of different types of therapy that are trauma informed.
Right?
Yep then and it's one of the things in my new program, I'm integrating different modalities because no one is good.
