They want the quick five minute, five second absolute answer and that's not the case.

Yeah.

And th I wanna educate clients.

There's two things I'm doing in this next phase of my work.

There's not enough therapists in the world to heal all the trauma.

There's too much trauma.

So I'm creating a program for people in the general public.

To learn how to heal on their own and in community and in parents.

Okay.

So we need to do this work outside of therapy and then teach people when they get stuck, when they need to reach out and what to reach out for.

And it's empowered, the empowered path.

It's like, how can I do it and how far can I go?

Second thing is I'm training clinicians on the integrated path is like there's, and I'm gonna name, I'm gonna put a bunch of letters together because all these methods have all their letters, right?

Of course.

It's like EMDR.

There you go, right?

So eye movement desensitization.

I was one of the first people trained in EMDR.

with Bessel n back in 1992.

You know, and it bilateral stimulation of the right and left side of the brain helps process memories that get stuck and fragmented.
